目的 Purposes

評估報名者是否適合參與錄音、聯絡與付款、製作與授權語音資料以訓練及測試語音 AI、處理買方詢問。
Screening speakers, contact and payment, producing and licensing speech data to train and test speech AI, and answering buyer inquiries.

類別 What we collect

報名者：稱呼、Email 或 LINE ID、語言與腔調、縣市、年齡區間、試錄音檔。買方：姓名、公司、Email、詢問內容。我們不需要身分證號，請勿在錄音中說出。
Speakers: name, email or LINE ID, language and variety, county, age band, screening audio. Buyers: name, company, email, inquiry. We never need ID numbers; please don't say them in recordings.

期間、地區、對象 How long, where, with whom

試錄音檔在未通過或你要求刪除時，30 日內刪除；正式錄音依你簽署的同意書保存。資料存放於雲端服務（Cloudflare），可能在台灣以外處理。正式錄音在去除個資後授權給語音 AI 業者（可能在台灣以外）；聯絡資料不會提供給買方。
Screening audio is deleted within 30 days if not accepted or on request; full recordings are kept as your signed consent states. Data is stored with cloud providers (Cloudflare) and may be processed outside Taiwan. Accepted recordings, with personal details removed, are licensed to speech-AI companies, which may be outside Taiwan. Contact details are never given to buyers.

你可以查詢、閱覽、要求複本、補充或更正、停止蒐集處理利用、刪除你的個資，寫信到 zach@norynta.com 即可。不提供 Email 或 LINE ID 時，我們無法聯絡或付款。
You may ask to access, copy, correct, stop the use of, or delete your data by emailing zach@norynta.com. Without an email or LINE ID we can't contact or pay you.
